FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (2 servings) - 1 package of Palmini Angel Hair (strained and rinsed) - 1/2 red bell pepper - 1/2 green bell pepper - 1/2 yellow onion - 8 oz steak of choice (I used flat iron) - ~1/2 lb XL peeled & deveined shrimp with tails off. - 2 tbsp ghee - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp minced ginger - Seasonings: Salt, pepper and garlic powder - ~2/3 cup stir fry sauce of choice (I used Japanese bbq sauce) Toppings: - Sesame seeds - Sliced green onions Note(s): Some measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Thinly slice the bell peppers, onions and steak. 2. Get a large wok or skillet going over medium-high heat. Add in the ghee. Once hot add in the steak. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sear until ~80% done (3-4 min) then remove. Next, repeat the same process wity the shrimp then take them out. 3. Add the peppers and onion to the pan. Let sauté for ~5 minutes mixing frequently then add in the garlic and ginger. Give it a mix then add in the palmini angel hair. Let cook for few more minutes. 4. From there, add the steak and shrimp back in along with the stir fry sauce. Mix till well combined and continue cooking over medium heat mixing every few minutes until the sauce thickens. 5.
