Uncommon Facts: The medial head remains active, even at higher elbow flexion angles, while the other two heads (long and lateral) might be less involved. In terms of relative activation, the medial head is more dominant in forearm extension when the arm is beside the body, compared to when it is overhead. Makes absolutely no sense to use an underhand grip on any tricep exercise, forearm will fatigue prior to tricep and triceps have no involvement
