@thrivingonplants: Kimchi Grilled Cheese 😍🍞🧀 This may just be my new obsession… it’s simple yet SO delicious and comforting!! Ingredients: 1 tbsp plant-based butter 1/4 packed cup vegan kimchi, chopped 1/2 tsp sugar 2 thick slices of bread 2 slices Bega Plant Based Cheddar Cheese Slices Method: 1. Heat 1 tsp of the plant-based butter in frypan over medium heat. Sprinkle over the sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. 2. With the remaining butter, use half to butter the bottom of one slice of bread, place face down then tear 1 slice of cheese in half and place on top. Add on the prepared kimchi and one more slice of cheese. Top with the other half of the bread and spread on more butter. 3. Place into a pre-heated toast press machine and cook until golden.
