Star Pizza 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients: Pizza Dough: 750g. “00”Caputo Flour    0.5 ml Water at room temperature   1/8 Tsp Instant Yeast 20 g. Salt  Pizza Toping: Dry Hot Sausage Tomato Sauce Fresh Mozzarella Parmesan Fresh Basil Olive Oil ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Pour water into a large capacity bowl, add yeast and allow to dissolve. ⁃ Mix flour and salt thoroughly and add to the water and yeast.  ⁃ Blend all ingredients on processor for 7-8 minutes. ⁃ Place the dough into a container and cover. ⁃ Allow the dough to rest and rise at room temperature for about 5 to 8 hours. ⁃ Once the dough has doubled in size transfer it on a lightly dusted work surface and divide it into 250 grams portions. ⁃ Shape the dough into dough balls. ⁃ Place the dough trays into the refrigerator overnight. ⁃ Take the dough out of the refrigerator at least an hour before baking. ⁃ Preheat @gozneyhq Dome Oven to 750°F - 400°C  ⁃ Stretch the dough, use the rolling pin to get a circle. ⁃ Cut small slits (about 1”) all around the circumference of the dough. - Sprinkle the pizza shovel with semolina. ⁃ Slide the pizza shovel under the dough. ⁃ Spread the tomato sauce evenly and in circular motion all over the surface of the dough. ⁃ Place some mozzarella around the outer edge of the pizza as well as in the the center.  ⁃ Place some grated parmesan on mozzarella cheese. ⁃ Put dry hot sausages on top. ⁃ Simply grab each section that has been cut, bring the corners together and begin to pinch, as shown in the video.  Do the same with each section until the pizza resembles a star. - Transfer the pizza into the wood fired oven With the help of the turning peel rotate the pizza for even baking.  ⁃ Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with basil.
