@tori.vfit: My fitness journey over the past 5 years! In college, the only thing that kept me active and looking forward was the gym. Lifting wasn’t just my get away but it was also the only thing i enjoyed learning about. Fast forward a year after becoming a personal trainer, I’m starting to think bodybuilding is the direct i want to go. I compete in 2 seasons, 4 shows. After 1 prep i struggled with binging, after the other my hormones were so out of wack i was feeling a roller coaster of emotions & would get waves of depression. Now- I’m still balancing out some hormones and ultimately trying to get off anxiety medication. It hasn’t been easy but it will be worth it.
