To make it not stick to the bowl while rising , use oil! And when you knead it out flower on your hands so it doesn’t stick as much!!🫶🏻

you gotta let the bread sit. you take it out (before it's burnt 😂) and it continues to cook on the inside!! cut it too soon it'll be raw inside
