Oh I had this ERCP after the blocked stones in my common bile duct caused pancreatitis- once it had calmed down enough I had my gallbladder removed 😅

I just had this done today 11-23. they couldn't get it, it's too big. they left in a Stent and said it is to stay for a few weeks

I know extravasated bile will be reabsorbed but do you remove the freed stone from the abd cavity? Also, is pancreatitis the #1 complication? Thanks

I haven't had a gallbladder in 27 yrs. had emergency surgery after going to er they put a stent in bile duct. 2 weeks of agonizing pain, nobody believed me again, went back 2 weeks later he found a stone blocking my stent. how does this happen this short period of time? I can't understand my doctor lol half the time. he took biopsies and my report says bile duct stenosis with hepatocellular carcinoma. does that mean I cancer or does it mean possible cancer. im so confused
