You can get your flavor choice of ice cream sandwiched between a concha, and then pressed in the frier. It comes out hot and crunchy on the outside, but cold and gooey in the inside. It’s super cool how it doesn’t melt - and it’s REALLY good. They also have mini pancakes with cinnamon in them that you can top off with chocolate and fruit. They do catering - these are an awesome catering item! They also have tons of flavors you might have never tried before. The lime and chamoy was ultra refreshing. The niece de garrafa is delicious vanilla ice cream. They also have milkshakes, popsicles, and all the authentic mexican ice cream you could want.
