I have a needle phobia. I thought it was going to hurt but didn’t feel a pinch. I did it in the belly because the nurse said it was the least painful. I thought I didn’t do it right cause I didn’t feel the needle. I did hear the two clicks and saw how the clear moved to yellow then I counted to 10. I hope the next dose doesn’t hurt.

The new 7.2mg Wegovy pens have this mechanism. All the lower doses in the UK have separate needles that you attach yourself. I opened a lid when it arrived, out of curiosity. My injection date isn't for another 6 days. Do you please know if it'll keep safe? I put the lid back on and placed it in the fridge. No yellow bar showing, thankfully.
