Lack of honest introspection is common. You know, sometimes we get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, reading thousands of books, rushing from one place to another, seeking peace in temples and mosques, that we forget to explore the most important place of all - our own selves. So what are we going to do to change this in ourselves? Are we going to praise Bulleh Shah and go on as we were before? I wanted to point out the self-deception in people. People rush through life, get engaged in countless battles with external forces, thinking they’re fighting against evil, but in reality, the greatest battle lies within them. People fool themselves and lie to themselves. Being honest to your own self is uncommon. People do not honestly question their own beliefs. They neglect the treasure trove that lies within their own hearts, true peace comes from within, from understanding ourselves and our desires. It's the struggle against our own desires, our own weaknesses, and our own shortcomings. We should not be afraid to confront our own fears, doubts, and insecurities. Perhaps if we took the time to truly understand ourselves, to delve into the depths of our own hearts and souls, we may find the answers we’ve been searching for all along.
