@l_eel_em: HOW I ATE DURING MY CARB LOAD FOR PEAK WEEK 🍚 📌 NOTE: We kept seasoning extremely simple with just salt as we had to manage potassium and sodium! Hence, a very simple meal plan as well to keep data collection simple. Leading up to Nationals, we've enlisted the help of @flexcoach_george from @flex_success to help us with our peak week! We're currently testing a peak week for the upcoming IFBB show where I had the option of choosing to follow macros with my own food, or to follow a meal plan. Honestly, I was pretty excited because I wanted to try new food and I didn't want to spend time thinking about what to eat as we also had to monitor sodium and potassium so I chose a meal plan and well... Here's how it went.
