@chloeaysfit: You always ask me what I eat but I only eat to fuel my body and eat whatever I want 🥹 it is also i dont like to wat heavy or too much at every sitting so i eat smaller meals. This is possible even with a slow metabolism like mine(I have thyroid issues so my metabolism is slower than healthy people) because I lift weights and it what helps me keep my body in shape. I use protein and carbs as fuel ⛽️
