If you curve the edges with scissors (so they’re not square) it stays on better as the edges don’t catch on anything as much xx

k-tape advise from hypermobile person: don't touch the adhesive side with your hands, and rub the tape after app, it will stick WAY better.

Some good tips here. Also, if sticks better to skin than other tape, so do that bottom strip last. Heat activates the adhesive - rub the tape after

you should def rip the middle paper and peel it off like a bandaid while stretching it and try not to touch the sticky part it lasts longer:)

To help with it stick better and to not have it fold on you, tear half of the white paper off the back and attach to your skin then take off the (1)
