one ramadan inspired activity at a time ✨ there are different phases in motherhood. there’s the phase of planting the seeds, then there’s the phase where you witness the seeds blossoming…..i’m simoultanously in both phases with my toddler + my pre-teen (ish). i’m somewhere between toddler tantrums + pre- teen hormones 😅 alhamduillah in moments like this, my heart feels like it’ll explode from the immense gratitude i feel to Him. this chapter, like all the others is short lived. i hope to make the most of this time we have together. under the same roof, spending ramadan days + nights together. alhamduillah, always. in all ways. they’ve received ramadan baskets for a solid 8 years with books + all the essentials…i thought it’s time to place my energy into something different for them this year. we gifted small items for ramadan, they have their good deeds calendars + now, on the weekends in ramadan we’ll do an activity together that can spark meaningful conversations! this at-home pottery activity (from @Pinchit 🤍) kept us engaged for almost 2 hours!! no one asked for a snack, no one got up to walk away, no distractions just pure bliss + deep conversations 🥹 i want to do more of this for them, in sha Allah. our time together, under one roof, is so limited + i feel it. how many more ramadans will our son have with us before he’s away at college, how many with our daughter, may Allah SWT protect our children + keep them on the right path. did anyone guess as to what i made before the end?!! 😭 #ramadanvlog #ramadanmoments #Ramadan #ramadandecor #pottery #potterytiktok #ramadangifts #modestfashion @Batul The Collection dress @BOKITTA Official hijab
