The other one stays creamy the ambient and the ambient barista could be stored in the shelf when you buy it, but as soon as you open it, you have to put it in the fridge for the rest of the time you have it and then the other one sometimes regular one might hurdle, but I find out the barista one is super creamy and the ambient shelf stable until you open it

oat milk is basically js starch water, it could spike up blood glucose real fast. but it tastes better than almond milk haha

The barista one you can froth it up and make milk foam out of it. The other milk is just ordinary milk that won’t froth up 😌

I think blue is higher fat content anf grey is lower bc its easier to foam up??

I think someone needs to do the froth test on both these milks. Cos the barista one says it’s good for foaming. But yet they have the same ingredients

The reason the milk is warm it’s because it’s long life and wasnt refrigerated in shop, The other one needs keep in fridge, that’s the difference 😊

its odd because the original has fat and the barista one doesn’t 😂 but it just contains extra enzymes that break down protein making it froth-ier

The grey one is for your coffee and teas it also has a symbol. The other one is for drinking and cereal etc

Boxed milk (the grey one) can be stored in the pantry and refrigerated after opening. Blue one must be refrigerated after purchase. It says “keep cold”
