After a 36 years teaching career, i just wanted TIME freedom. Time to do what I want, where I want, with who I want. When I think back to all the restrictions tied to my teaching JOB like not be able to make my own decisions, getting shut down when trying to advocate for my students, having minimal budget to adequately support student programming, and insufficient student support systems… I couldn’t even go to the bathroom or get a coffee when I wanted, I had to wait for recess….then I found the online world of business and now I have 3 businesses that pay me a residual income, better than my pension. More importantly, I’m my own boss. I can travel when i want and spend as much time with my family that I want. So what does time freedom really mean? TIME FREEDOM means you have the ability to control how you spend your time, allowing you to prioritize activities that are important to you, such as spending time with family, pursuing hobbies, or traveling. It means having the flexibility and autonomy to make decisions about how you allocate your time, rather than being constrained by a traditional 9-5 work schedule or other obligations that limit your freedom to choose how you spend your time. Time freedom is often associated with financial independence and the ability to work on your own terms, whether that means working remotely, setting your own hours, or being your own boss. Ultimately, time freedom means having the freedom to live life on your own terms and to create a lifestyle that aligns with your values and goals
