@nick_kratka: IGUANA CATCH AND COOK I’ve done enough of these for you guys to know what’s going on - these invasive green iguanas are terrorizing Florida’s environments and I am working to reduce their population. The state of Florida encourages this and demands that you humanely euthanize the Iguanas after catching them. In reference to eating them, usually I’m not a fan but this batch came out super good! The taste is comparable to a chicken wing, especially when you get two big back legs. Some people eat the tail as well however I don’t think it’s worth the trouble unless you get a really big one (the tails are also a fattier meat, it’s an interesting texture. RECIPE: Iguana Meat Salt Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder Butter Olive Oil Once Iguana meat is prepared to cook, generously season until all sides are covered.
