While yes, depending on the person there can most certainly be overlap, not everyone shares the same passion for putting their body through hell daily in the gym; some just want to live a better quality of life and often struggle with what they are told they should be doing vs. thinking and feeling. #Fitness #fitnesstips #beginnerfitnesstips #healthyliving
