@holmescooking: Creamy Steak Tortellini 1 skirt steak Kinder's Buttery Steak Seasoning 2 TBSP olive oil 2 TBSP butter 2 TBSP minced garlic 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp oregano and thyme 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes 1 bag frozen tortellini season steak on both side and let rest in a pan heat olive oil and melt butter on medium heat, sear steak on both sides and set aside add garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese stir constantly Toss in red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme and sun dried tomatoes. Turn down heat to low and stir til thick Toss in tortellini mix til completely incorporated, cover stirring occasionally til pasta is done Slice up steak, mix in or serve on top Garnish with parsley and more parm cheese
