Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders 😍 A weekend fakeaway coming in hot 👌🏼 crispy parm coated chicken tossed in a garlic parmesan sauce… high protein, golden, garlicky and absolutely BANGIN 🙌🏼  Want more recipes like this? 20g panko breadcrumbs  20g cornflakes crushed  10g parmesan finely grated  ½ tsp baking powder  ½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt & pepper
1 medium egg, beaten
 For the garlic parmesan sauce: 40g lighter butter spread (Flora Lighter) 2 tsp chopped garlic  15g parmesan finely grated  2 sprigs of fresh parsley chopped  💕Pat the chicken dry. Mix together the panko breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes, 10g parmesan, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
 💕Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg and shake off any excess so that it isn’t dripping wet. then coat in the breadcrumb mix. Press into adhere.  
💕Cook in the airfryer at 190 degrees celsius for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through. Alternatively, place on a wire rack and bake for 18-20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius until crisp. 💕When there is a few minutes left on the chicken, melt the butter in a small pan.
 💕Add the garlic and cook gently for 1 minute (don’t let it burn).
 💕Remove from the heat, stir in parsley and 15g parmesan.
 💕Toss hot cooked tenders in the garlic-parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
 Optional - sprinkle over extra parmesan and serve with ranch or a crisp salad and/or chips on the side.
