@askvinh: This just blows my mind... 🤯 I know I talk a lot about avoiding the use of non-words and filler words such as UMM, AHH, LIKE, AND, SO, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN... This is when you're in situations where you want to be more influential. These non-words and filler words distract from the clarity of your message. However if you're in a more casual setting or trying to come across as more friendly and relatable, then these words are fine!
