@fitfoodiefeed: High protein sausage & egg mcbagel 🤪🥯 absolutely delish and almost 40g protein for only 361 calories! Ingredients: 8 chicken chipolata sausages 1 egg (55g) 250g egg whites (I use two chicks) Salt + pepper 7 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters 1/2 tbsp ketchup 4 cheesy slices 4 warburtons protein thin bagels Cook your sausages (or bacon if preferred!) Whisk the egg and egg whites with some salt + pepper then pour it into a baking dish - mine came up on but the corners stick a little bit so you could use grease proof paper for a more seamless experience 😂 Bake it in the oven on 180°C for 12-14 minutes. Toast the bagels then assemble by adding a drizzle of ketchup followed by the egg, the sausages and the cheesy slices. Wrap in foil and pop into the fridge then you can either eat them cold or reheat in the airfryer or oven wrapped in the foil for 5-10 minutes!
