@a_different_spectrum: Sensory and routine changes can be a bit issue for some autistic or other neurodivergent people. Suddenly needing to wear different clothes, or not having the light of the sun as much with the weather change. My dog Arthur will still get me outside for walks, so it’ll be okay. I remember when I was younger I’d have issues with interoception and not feeling cold except for my hands and I didn’t want to wear extra clothes, it’s interesting how that works. I still struggle with Interoception issues with certain senses, but not around cold anymore. it’s interesting how traits sometimes present different as you grow older and support needs can change 🙂.
