Daha sonra butların etini kemiğinden ayırıp iyice ufalıyoruz. Haşlanmış patates, kemikten ayrılmış tavuk eti, çedal, kaşar, acı biber, mısır ve baharatları harç haline getiriyoruz iyice eziyoruz. Ayırdığımız kemiklere top şeklinde harcı takıyor ve ilk önce una sonra yumurtaya en son galete ununa buluyoruz. Daha sonra kızgın yağda çok hareket ettirmeden 3 dakika kızartıyoruz.
