Be careful, you can't use egg yolks because the fat paralyzes your stomach! I also eat potatoes all the time because it's too easy to digest. Meat fat makes me nauseous, so I choose to puree only clean fillets. You also can't have milk or fermented milk products because casein is not digested by gastroparesis, you know that!
