•1/2 cup butter, melted For the Custard cream  •2 cups whole milk •1/2 cup sugar •3 tbsp cornstarch •1 pinch of sea salt  •4 egg yolks •2 tbsp unsalted butter  •Flavoring (choose from 1/2 vanilla bean, 1 teaspoon vanilla or other flavored extract, a few peels of citrus, 1 teaspoon orange blossom water, etc.) For the syrup •2/3 cup water •1/4 cup sugar •1/4 cup honey •Juice of 1/2 lemon •1 cinnamon stick •1.5 tsp rose water For decoration
