I rather shop walmart. tax free but they jack up the price to cover it. and I've had problems with expired food still on the shelves.

Do they not take dependant IDs anymore? My dad was AF for 20 years and my mom took us kids to the commissary and BX all the time.

You can. They just need to be issued a “caregiver” ID card to present. I did this as a military nanny.

I've 150% given my mom my dependent ID and sent her shopping for me 😂 my husband was gone and I had a newborn. self checkout worked flawlessly 🤌🏽
