IT Support is not a high value skill, it is kinda entry level stuff. They need to upskill/transition into a more specialised role i.e. Sys Admin

In IT, dip loma and degrees does not mean anything, you need those international certificates to go up. cisco, Microsoft, AWS So in and so forth
