@paige.koser: Flashback to the week we stayed on a farm on 11 acres! It was the best week ever. I am so happy to really officially announce that we have purchased land! 20 acres of pure woods! We will slowly start the process of clearing a few acres and then work on building our dream home! AHH! I can’t believe it’s officially happening! Our plan is to clear 5 acres in the next month. From there, we will start finding the perfect home site, meet with architects, contractors and builders. We believe Eric will most likely contract the house himself and then piece together everyone we need to make this come to life! This will be a slow process and project for us the next few years! Our first goal is the main house. Then we will add a pool and go from there! As for our current home, the ideal plan is to keep it! We love our town we currently live in, we love being a mile away from two of floridas beaches, we love the golf cart community and more importantly we just love the people and our friends here. We would love once we move to our other home, to turn our current home into an air bnb. We can then block off time to come back and stay here for a little beach/city getaway from the country! Plans can always change of course but that’s what we are currently discussing. I just cannot wait until we have space for the kids to explore and roam all day long! This is just the first of many great things to come this year!
