Ingredients: 18 medium sized radishes, rinsed well 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1.5 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp softened butter 1 tsp jarred Calabrian chili pepper Zest from one lemon As much grated parmigiano reggiano as you desire 1 tbsp parsley for garnish -Preheat oven to 400F -Cut the green leaves, the stems and tails off the radishes then cut the radishes in half. -Add the radishes, olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper to a bowl and toss to coat. -Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium-high. Once hot, add radishes and cook cut side down for 3-5 minutes then flip and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of your radishes. -While the radishes cook mix together the softened butter, remaining salt, garlic powder, jarred Calabrian chili pepper and lemon zest. -As soon as the radishes come out of the oven, hit them with the compound butter and toss. -Top with grated parmigiano reggiano and parsley.
