tip cooking the beef in a lower heat results in more tender beef if your sauce is boiling it means it will dry the meat out before fully cooking the

Interesting that you don’t cook the flour with the onion etc. Most recipes specifically calll for that.

I did this but with Polenta instead of mash potato y. Worth a go, I mix olive oil salt and pepper with mine. perfect with stew
