Oh boy was I missing out! My sons been having some stomach issues so I decided to whip out this recipe that to be honest hasn’t crossed my mind in years, I completely forgot about it! It’s a great dish for anytime but perfect for when you aren’t feeling well. It’s light, flavorful and you’re getting in some veggies with the carbs! This is by far my easiest dish to date and when you make this you will be shocked at the flavor.
