You have to be patient and allow yourself to feel your emotions and process the trauma you’ve been through 2 and a half years I’ve been through a rollercoaster of emotions, lots of tears, heartbreak, stuck in toxic situations and I continued breaking myself for far too long. I’ll be honest I’ve made some really self destructive decisions and sabotaged my own happiness in some ways.
