Yep… No emotions allowed. No team. No standing up for me. We were never a family or a team. I was alone. I felt alone. I laid in bed alone most nights til crazy hours and even communicating made that worse. I just wanted to feel loved, validated, heard, cared for, treated with kindness not like an annoying burden

It is because when I spoke up about sonething that hurt me It was thrown in my face that my feelings came from a place of my unhealed trauma and because I wasn’t medicated my feelings were invalidated
