I went on those subs as a kid. unfortunately, it went off its rail and we were stuck underwater for well over an hour.

I remember both of these. the sub was pretty cool, although it did leak a bit as I remember. tracks are there still.

Bumper boats and the subs existed at the same time iirc. The boats just outlasted the subs which outlasted the Canadian Navy subs!

My cousin and I got stuck in the bumper boats.. we couldn’t get the steering to work perfectly. Spent about 2 hours paddling around, hopelessly 😹😹😹
