I can confirm. although it was a rag, I used a wet rag for headaches after my third brain surgery this year. they work fantastic!! 👍🏻😂-

I”ve been using the same approach for years. In fact yesterday I had a student wet a paper towel because her wrist itches. It worked beautifully!
