Sit in a warm bath with them on, ring them out and hang to dry! It feels awful to sit in wet jeans but it works 😂

Umm, they’re on aren’t they? If they feel a little too constricting, I find doing some gentle squats to stretch them before I leave the house helps!

i know this sounds insane but wear them in the shower and then walk around in them wet for a while! it’s uncomfy and weird but i promise it works!!!
