@reikimatt: Energy Healing for Addictions This healing session with Reiki and ASMR works to cleanse your aura and body of the negative energy holding you to addiction and addictive behaviors and fills you with unconditional love, a wholeness and completeness that will make it easier to stay away from the addiction or habit or mechanism of escape. To best experience this healing, find a quiet place to sit or lie down. Become aware of your breathing, and with each breath in, let your body and aura fill with beautiful white, loving light from the heavens. Let this light completely fill you and feel the unconditional love contained within. You might need to practice a bit or watch the video a few times to truly feel it, but it is there, all around you and within you. Practice feeling this unconditional love, and set the intention to push out all negative energy with each breath. As you breathe out, feel the love growing within you and expanding all around you.
