✨ What was my biggest transformation? ✨ Running has been so much more than a fitness journey for me—it’s been life-changing. I started running to battle mommy depression, hoping to find a way to heal my mind. What I didn’t expect was how much my body would transform along the way, too. These photos are a glimpse of my journey that I’ve kept to myself until now. I didn’t share them before because, honestly, I was shy. My focus has never been on promoting body transformation. It’s always been about celebrating the joy that running brings. 🏃‍♀️💖 When I trained for my first marathon in 2019, the fat seemed to melt away as my love for running grew. But then, the injuries came. To keep them at bay, I added weight training to my routine. Slowly but surely, I began to see muscle where there wasn’t much before. 💪 Fast forward through more marathons, more strength training, and the ultimate hurdle: knee surgery. That injury forced me to stop running for months, and I gained weight during recovery. But I didn’t let that stop me. Instead, I focused on strengthening my quads, glutes, and hamstrings to prepare for my comeback. The result?
