Salt and pepper to taste.  Prepare your sheet pan to accommodate all your packets.  Prepare your foil with parchment paper on top.  Place your fish down with rice on the side. Add the rest of ingredients on top of fish and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil and add lemon juice and parsley on your fish.  Grab both sides of your parchment paper and pinch closed, then fold and roll into a packet. Place packets onto baking sheet.  Cook for 45 minutes.  Be careful not to steam burn yourself when opening the packet up. Enjoy!!
