@chowbymo: Adun is a savory Nigerian food made from Beans and Cornmeal. Due to its sweetness, the name adun was coined by the Yoruba people. It is best consumed with garri or Pap. We also have different tribes in Nigeria that is familiar with Adun but they use more of cornmeal than beans. It is no doubt that all tribes in Nigeria eat beans and corn, either boiled as in Adalu or blended as in Moi Moi and Ekuru. We are all united with the same food which makes us one irrespective of our tribes or ethnic groups.
