Mine is always high, usually double of the high end of normal 🤷🏼♀️but was symptomatic of deficiency so my GP started me on injections anyway.

I use the solgar b12 drops. it seems more expensive thank others. I know Holland and Barrett have a similar product but have no idea on the difference
