Recipe Name: Slow Cooker Honey Glazed Ham Ingredients 1. 1 bone-in ham (8–10 lbs) 2. 1/2 cup brown sugar 3. 1/3 cup honey 4. 1/4 cup maple syrup 5. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 6. 1 tsp black pepper 7. 1 tsp garlic powder 8. 1 tsp onion powder 9. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 10. 1/4 cup pineapple juice 11. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 12. 2 tbsp melted butter Recipe 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). 2. Pat the ham dry with paper towels and place it in a large roasting pan. 3. In a bowl combine brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. 4. Pour in pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar, then whisk until smooth. 5. Brush half of the glaze all over the ham, making sure to coat every side. 6. Cover the pan tightly with foil and place in the oven. 7. Roast for approximately 15–18 minutes per pound, basting every 45 minutes with pan juices. 8. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking. 9. Brush the remaining glaze over the ham and continue roasting until deeply caramelized. 10. Mix melted butter into the pan juices and spoon over the ham. 11. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). 12. Remove from the oven and let the ham rest for 15–20 minutes. 13. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining glaze from the pan. 14. Slice against the grain into thin pieces. 15. Serve warm with your favorite holiday side dishes.
