i get my clonus if i work my leg too much. i was told that i can stop it by digging my foot into the ground. it sucks alot.

I had a stroke also and have clonus on my left (affected) side. Out of everything we go through and push through, clonus bothers me the most.

By the way, this can also happen when you have a chronic disease I have multiple sclerosis it attacked my brain and my spinal cord so when I do a lot of walking, at least I’m trying to because I’m currently recovering when I push my leg up and put it back down and shakes on its own

my legs do this a lot it's annoying as it affects me from walking so my husband has to push me in my wheelchair to another room 🥺
