Thanks for the video! I have numb/tingly, sleepy& temp sensitivity in extremities. Came on very sudden. Can't be active or its worse. Gah.

I have all 🥺 currently in gabapentin for it which does help tremendously. And yes I know the side effects of gabapentin 😔
