@winnyhayes: 1 tbsp 1 lb ground meat of choice 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp ginger, grated 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp sesame oil green onion sesame seeds Directions: 1. Into a skillet on medium heat add the oil then the ground meat, break it apart as it cooks. Once meat is no longer pink, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for a few minutes. 2. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stir to combine. Taste and adjust as needed. I tend to add a bit more sugar here. 3. Remove from heat and drizzle the sesame oil.
