When I work with ricotta I always spread it on a plate and put a paper towel on it. For an hour replacing it every 15 mins. Makes it SO rich!! 👏🤩

You should try it with half ground beef and half Italian sausage!! I use mild but you can do any kind. It’s the best! 😋😋
