@geniuseatss: Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry🥦 Ingredients: MARINATED CHICKEN 350g of chicken breast cut into 1/2" pieces * 1 tbsp of shaoxing wine * 1 tsp of sesame oil * 1/4 tsp of salt * 1/8 tsp of pepper * 1 tbsp of cornstarch * 1 tbsp of cooking oil VEGETABLES & AROMATICS * 200g of broccoli florets * 150g of capsicum * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tsp of ginger SAUCE * 1/2 cup chicken stock * 1 tbsp of soy sauce * 1 tsp of dark soy sauce * 1 tbsp of oyster sauce * 1/8 tsp of white pepper * 1 tbsp of sugar * 1 tsp of sesame oil * 1 tbsp of cornstarch OIL 1.5 tbsp of cooking oil Steps: 1. Slice your chicken into bite sized pieces. 2. Marinade your chicken with the rest of the ingredients above for at least 30 minutes. Set aside. 3. For the sauce, combine all of the ingredients above. Set aside. 4. Heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the garlic, ginger and capsicum. Stir fry until fragrant or until the capsicum is tender. 5. Add the chicken and stir fry the chicken until it is cooked through. 6. Then, add the cooked broccoli followed by the sauce and stir fry until the sauce has thickened. 7.
