Youre a VERY talented chef but this is not the best highest use for prime rib. This method is best for round or chuckand other less expensive cuts

Nice first try, however using a prime rib is not ideal for pot roast, prime rib is meant to be served medium rare, not well done

it looks great. but if you allow me to comment always cut aginst the grain when cutting meat. cutting with grain will make it chewy :)
