Coffee/caffeine prevents iron absorption so make sure to space those apart!!!

After 200mg we have to do an infusion of iron, instead of a push. Which I never minded bc pushing it always ruined my IV’s I swear 😭

i had a few iron infusions too while pregnant. it was open floor infusion center and i had to see all the chemo patients and they would ask all sorts
